The flat rate of $3500 covers listing your home to the MLS, buyer agent outreach/feedback, professional photos, list price recommendations, and contract negotiations. The flat rate includes everything essential to selling your home.

You do not have to pay a Buyer's Agent Commission (BAC). This is optional and we can discuss this further.  Many sellers do still choose to offer a BAC but again, it is not a requirement.

We currently service homes that fall under the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS which includes the following counties: Boone, Brown, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Montgomery, Morgan and Shelby.
