At Command Real Estate, we operate as a transactional real estate broker versus a traditional percentage-based brokerage. While there is no difference in the quality of service we provide, the overall experience may look a little different. Because our prices are one low price to list, we aren’t able to offer many of the extras a traditional brokerage might. Some examples of this are closing gifts, a pie delivered to your doorstep at Thanksgiving, or a monthly newsletter. Many agents may also pay out of pocket for unexpected seller expenses or offer home staging. We keep the focus on a core set of services to maintain our competitive pricing.
